Rental Procedures
To begin you will book an appointment with our Tuxedo Specialist to pick out the garments you want your party to wear on your BIG day. Working along side Jim's Formal Wear we strive to ensure your party will look fantastic! Through Jim's we offer a wide selection of tuxedos and suits for rental. To make the processes easier on your party we have put together a list of pick-up and drop-off procedures!
Pick-Up Procedures:
-All garments will be delivered to Sweet Illusion Bridal & Tux on the Wednesday before the scheduled event date. (Delivery time varies based on the suppliers schedule)
-Once we receive your rentals, we will check them into our system.
-You and everyone in your party will receive a call (presuming we were given the correct phone number) letting you know your rentals have arrived in store and to set up a time to try on and pick up. If there is no answer we will leave a voicemail.
-You and your party members will come in and try on all of the garments ordered to ensure a proper fit. If something does not fit correctly, we can order a replacement piece. If everything fits properly and any outstanding balances are paid, you are good to take with you.
-If your garment is included in the free rental promotion, then you cannot take your rental until everyone in the party has paid their outstanding balances.
Pick-Up times:
-Wednesday from delivery time until 6pm.
-Thursday from 11am until replacement cut off time at 4pm.
We prefer that everyone in your party come in on the Wednesday before the event to try on with the assistance of a consultant. In the event that you or someone in your party cannot make it to the store during our scheduled pick-up times, another member may take the paid off garments for them to try on. We are not able to order replacements after Thursday at 4pm.
Drop-Off Procedures:
-You will return all your rented garments on the next business day.
-Once you bring the garments back to Sweet Illusion Bridal & Tux, a consultant will check thoroughly to make sure all pieces are there and that there is no damage to the rental pieces.
Drop-Off Times:
-Saturday from 10am until 5pm
-Tuesday from 10am until 6pm.
All rented garments are due back by the next business day.
Any late returns or missing pieces are subject to late/replacement fees.
